With over 90% of the terrorist attacks perpetrated by Muslim, why is islam “religion of peace”?

well, you make a good case on the surface. i think we call it that, not based on the facts or the numbers, but to show some respect to the muslims out there who have been nice enough to remain peaceful, and not follow the examples of the terrorist extremists. even with a strong statistical correlation, it doesn't mean that every muslim is also a terrorist.
