How much weight do you think i can lose in 3 months with the below diet and schedule?

I have a bowl of nestle fitness and a cup of tea in the morning. My lunch is salad a piece of chicken/beef & some boiled potato. for dinner its a bowl of nestle fitness and some fruits after. I do full body workouts thrice a week with 2 days cardio in between..resting 2 days. i have a pak of animal cuts in the morning and a myoplex protein shake after my workouts. I cheat on my diet once a week so i don't get bored. I current weight 87 kgs.
