How has your diet changed?

I eat healthier in general. I'm 15 and in less than 2 years I've started drinking almond milk, I rarely eat frozen foods because of the high amount of sodium. I stopped practically binge eating at meals, so I've lost a good amount of weight. I don't eat out much, and in general I'm staying away from "bad" foods. I'm a LOT healthier, now. (:
