How many calories are there is 1/2 cup of Nestle Fitnesse cornflakes?

i'm really curious to know how much calories in 1/2 cup of Nestle Fitnesse cornflakes (the one with fruits in it). The cup is around 3.2 inches diameter and 2.5 inches in height. Please help(: have to watch my calorie intake for upcoming competition.
