no noodles, no cornflakes, no rice, yoghurt is good want a better diet plan message me orlando.delacruz@yahoo.com and will send you the diet plan thats for fourteen days and then treat yourself good then start same plan again till you lose what you want ok and if you exercise it's a plus as this plan was made to not have to exercise at all but i suggest you do as it will halp burn fat best, with the 2. eat up to 5 times a day even 6 but small meals that will not fill you up to much
