How to care for abandoned ducklings?

So a while back I noticed that a mother duck was nestled in the bushes outside my house. Before too long she was gone and there were eggs. Now two of the eggs have hatched but no momma to be found. WIll she come back to get them? They are about a block and a half from the pond the momma lives in. Ideas?
