Why Are We In Such A Horrible Situation As A Country?

Ok for starters were in the middle east oil prices are sky high we have a gigantic deficit we seem to want to blow up anything that moves over in countries we have no buisness being in and our border is looser than a prostitues vage...wtf is happening??(please dont give me your democratic or republican views i just want a straight up answer i was a republican..but the i decided i dont give a shi t anymore their only in it for the money)
