My girlfriend may be pregnant, were not sure yet, HELP!?

My girlfriend may be pregnant and we are just teenagers, we have been super careful and have never had sex without protection so this came as a shock. She does not want to have an abortion and i need help! is there a way to have a miscarraige naturally? or some other way? please, i am too young to have a baby.
