Nestle's cream recipe?

I bought some cream from nestle it came in a little can. I been trying to find a recipe for it but all the recipes call for heavy cream. So if anybody has a recipe for my can of cream. Oh also it just said cream, not heavy or whipping or table or any of those other kinds of cream, so I'm not what sure what it is. Im thinking of some kind of cream tart out biscuit/scone or maybe some muffins ^^
