Nestle Cerelac for adult?

hi, i am 30 years old, and yesterday I decided to buy cerelac, the meal that i loved when i was a kid, so i bought nestle cerelac, i eaten it before bed yesterday, and today i woke up, and my stool was all diarrhea, and it was alot of stool, is that what cerelac does? is it normal? please let me know, i dont know if i should eat it again or not.
