My dogs ears smell, what should i do?

If her ears smell she most likely has a yeast infection in her ears. This can be taken care of with antibiotic ear drops which you can get from your veterinarian after a visit. Also ear cleaner is helpful. Call your vet for instructions on how to clean the ears, don't use a Qtip as you may hurt her. If there is any black or brown debri a good cleaning is necessary. With that breed of dog she needs to have the hair from her ears plucked this should only be done by an experienced groomer, or a vet technician. If you would like to learn how to clean her ears and pluck them on your own to save on cost in the long run, a vet technician at any vet would most likely teach you how. We do it at the practice I work for. Hope I helped!
