I have a wrinkled sketchbook is there any good way to straighten the paper out?

Me and my friend were outside and i asked her to please be careful with my sketchbook because i just bought it and then she splashed water all over it, So i dried it out but the paper is very very wavy. Its a spiral bound notebook and i've tried weighing it down with no results, any suggestions?
