Help with defrosting meat? Did I ruin it? So I am cooking boneless skinless chicken breasts for my family?
tomorrow and initially put the chicken in the sink. Then I came and googled sink defrosting and saw that maybe that was not such a good idea(even though I have cooked that way a few times) so I then placed the chicken on a plate and put it on bottom row of fridge to defrost overnight. So my question is, IS THE CHICKEN RUINED? BTW* I, have never given ANYONE food poisoning! I am very careful about proper hand washing and avoiding cross-contamination.
