Are Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate morsels vegan?

This is probably not helpful, but Trader Joe has amazing dark chocolate that is vegan. You get 3 bars for a little under $2.00. Truly excellent chocolate. They aren't morsels, but I suppose one could cut them into smaller pieces
