5c section safe or not?

I have had 4 c sections with the latest being 8 months ago. I'm freaking out because I just got a positive pregnancy test. We have being careful not to get pregnant again for several reasons, but someone had other plans for us I guess. My other c sects were 17,15,11 years ago. I'm petrified for health reasons. How safe or unsafe is it? My husband and I are against abortion, but I don't k ow what to do, I'm a bit confused right now and would love to hear from someone else who can give me some words or share a similar experience. Thanks!
